Your responsibilities would be to:
- Performance of first line tasks as: stopping and starting systems/deamons, execute tasks according runbooks and monitoring the health status of systems/networks/applications. The service is provided 24/7
- Ensure that systems, network and applications are properly monitored according to guidelines and procedures
- Analyze and report events according to instructions and within SLA's
- Operate and maintain monitoring tools such as Splunk, ArgSight, HP Operations Manager, tooling SW Tidal, WMware, ...
- Acts according to guidelines, processes and common standards for services
- Execute tasks and activities within responsibility of his/her relevant sub-team
- Create and update work instructions
- Maintain and contribute to Master Control Room's
