About the SOC OPS Team: Our main regular duty is monitoring and analysis of the alerts. We rapidly respond to suspected security violations. We are team from about 15 people, split into analysts and specialist, all types of seniority. The Team Security Operations Centre Team is there for 24x7x365. Juniors and mediors work on 8 hrs and 12 hrs shifts, also during nights. The shift schedule is quite friendly, there is nothing you should be worried about. Currently we need another colleague to fill the team.

Your tasks (at the beginning under supervision):

• Administration of security solutions (Akamai, CheckPoint) in the area of WAF, DNSSEC, IDS/IPS, PKI
• Solving incidents, problems, security gaps and signatures/vulnerabilities
• Implementation of requests and changes
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty to maintain productive operation
• Manage security scenarios related to mentioned areas in our SIEM (Splunk)
• Provide support to Security analytics in mentioned areas

• Working knowledge of Basic Networking and Operating Systems is a mandatory skill
• Very good knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, HTTPS/TLS)
• Ability to create simple scripts in python
• Knowledge of Intrusion Detection systems (CheckPoint preferred)
• Analytical & technical skills
• Good written and verbal English skills
