You will be responsible for:
- 2nd level support (of internal banking applications) running on win/unix servers
- Request, Incident, Change and Problem management
- Application operation, monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting
- Participating in public holiday support when required
- Contributing as an effective team player
We prefer candidates with:
- Proven experience from operations
- Good communication skills in English
- Independent, stress resistant, responsible attitude
- Good Knowledge of MS Windows Server Systems & AD environment
- UNIX command line knowledge and Unix principles understanding
- Scripting is advantage (bash, powershell, perl)
- Database essentials understanding, SQL and transactions
- Good knowledge of MS IIS and application servers (Tomcat)
- Application server operations, configurations, applications deployment and log understanding
- Understanding IT technologies and principles
- Computer network essentials TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, proxy and certificates, XML, JSON
