A.T. Kearney’s European Traineeship is an exclusive program by our European region which will provide you with valuable insights into international consulting projects in three different countries. During the 6-months-internship you will experience three top-management level projects in different industries. A dedicated mentor will support you throughout the program and help you to maximize your learning experience while working in international teams. We are looking for top students with a Bachelor degree from an European university and a strong interest in strategic business topics. Applications are open throughout the year and start dates are flexible.
